Working Principle

The raw materials enter the cone mill machine through the feed inlet and fall into the conical working chamber. The rotating rotary knife creates a swirling flow of the raw materials and uses centrifugal force to throw the particles towards the sieve. At the same time, the high-speed rotating rotary knife generates a shearing action with the sieve, crushing the particles into smaller ones, which are then discharged through the sieve holes. The size of the crushed particles can be controlled by adjusting the mesh number of the sieve, the distance between the rotary knife and the sieve, as well as the rotation speed of the rotary knife.
