Features of WFJ Series Air Classifier Mill:
1.Compact design and reasonable structure. The grinder is equipped with an internal classification mechanism, enabling the completion of grinding and classification in one step, which reduces the energy consumption loss caused by over-grinding.
2.The powder mill system is equipped with an induced fan, which can continuously discharge the heat generated inside the machine during the milling operation. Therefore, it is suitable for the grinding of heat-sensitive materials. A cold air unit can be optionally configured to achieve low-temperature grinding.
3.Strong adaptability, with a narrow particle size distribution. The product has a uniform particle size, and the fineness can reach 10 microns.
4.Without stopping the machine, by adjusting the rotation speed of the classifier or the air volume, products with the required particle size and uniform distribution can be obtained.
5.The upper cover of the main machine is opened by a gas spring, allowing the machine body to be opened to both sides. Thus, there is no obstacle at all for cleaning and maintaining the internal components.
6.The main grinding components are made of alloy tool steel, which can greatly extend the service life of the worn parts and prolong the replacement cycle.
7.The bearing system uses imported high-speed precision bearings from abroad, and the rotor is dynamically balanced as a whole, making the whole machine run smoothly with small vibration and low noise.
8.The pipeline connection adopts a quick-release structure, which enables quick and convenient disassembly, assembly and cleaning.
9.The grinder is equipped with a cyclone separator and a dust collector. There is no dust flying during the production process. The dust collection bag can effectively intercept the fine powder in the air flow, making the exhaust gas emission meet the environmental protection requirements.
10.The fine powder intercepted by the dust collection bag can be effectively recovered, reducing the material loss rate.
Working Principle of WFJ Series Air Classifier Mill:
The WFJ series Air Classifier Mill is composed of three parts: the main machine, the auxiliary machine and the electrical control box. It has various performances such as air separation type, no sieve, no screen, and uniform particle size of the discharged materials, and the production process is continuous. The materials enter the grinding chamber from the hopper through the screw conveyor and are sheared and ground by the high-speed rotating blades. The powder passes through the guide ring and enters the classification chamber. Since the classification wheel is rotating, the powder flowing into the blade channel is simultaneously affected by the aerodynamic force and the centrifugal force. The particles in the powder that are larger than the critical diameter (classification particle size) are thrown back into the grinding chamber for further grinding due to their large mass. The particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and the bag dust collector through the negative pressure air transportation method via the discharge pipe, and the discharged materials meet the product requirements.
