2. Cooperative Requirements

  • Post - contract Confirmation: After the contract is signed, the customer is required to confirm the layout drawing and other relevant materials with a signature. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project details.
  • Cost for Overseas Commissioning Technicians: The customer is responsible for the costs associated with our technicians going abroad for commissioning. These costs include food, accommodation, round - trip tickets, local travel expenses, and the technicians' wages.

 

Technical Service

 

1. Installation and Debugging

 

  • Customer's Initial Responsibilities: After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing. This work should be carried out under the guidance of our installation - adjustment technicians.
  • Our Technical Team's Role: We will dispatch experienced engineers and technicians to handle equipment installation and debugging. Their task is to ensure that the equipment is properly installed and adjusted, enabling the customer's factory to start normal production as soon as possible.
  • On - site Training: The customer should assign capable personnel to receive training at the installation site. We provide on - site technical training to ensure that your technical staff become familiar with the equipment's performance, master proper operation and maintenance procedures. This hands - on training approach allows customers to access the necessary technology faster and more comprehensively.
