Principle:
The materials are pushed into the milling cavity at a uniform speed by a screw or a rotary valve. The feed inlet is located at the center of the milling cavity. Inside the milling cavity, there is a high-speed rotating pin disc rotor and a stationary pin disc stator. The annular pin rods of the two pin discs alternately interlock. The high-speed rotation of the rotor pin disc generates centrifugal force. The materials enter from the center of the stator pin disc and, under the action of centrifugal force, pass through the pin rod forests of the two pin discs at high speed. A large number of collisions occur between the materials themselves and between the materials and the pin rods, thus achieving the milling effect.
