Working Principle:

The universal pulverizer mainly relies on the high-speed relative motion between the movable disk and the fixed disk. Materials to be pulverized are crushed through the combined effects of impact, shearing, friction between the two disks, and collision among materials themselves. Specifically, materials enter the crushing chamber from the hopper, are thrown to the inner wall from the center by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the movable toothed disk, and then crushed by the impact, shearing, grinding of steel teeth between the movable and fixed toothed disks, as well as the collision of materials.
