1. Crushing
Purpose: To grind the raw materials into a fineness that meets the process requirements, in order to improve the uniformity of mixing and the quality of subsequent granulation.
Process: Raw material acceptance and pretreatment: Remove impurities (such as stones and metals) from the raw materials after inspection.
Coarse crushing: Use a hammer mill or coarse crusher to crush raw materials into coarse powder.
Fine crushing: further crushing the material to the target particle size through an air flow crusher or vibration mill.
Screening: Use screening equipment (such as vibrating screens) to separate powders that meet the particle size requirements, and return the undersized powder to the crusher.

2. Mixing
Purpose: To evenly mix different raw material powders to ensure the uniformity of the finished product.
Process: Feeding: Weigh each raw material according to the process formula to ensure accurate proportions.
Mixing: Put the raw materials into mixing equipment (such as double cone mixer, V-shaped mixer, trough mixer) for uniform mixing.
Quality inspection: Conduct sample testing after mixing to ensure uniformity meets the requirements.

3. Dry granulation method
Purpose: To compress the uniformly mixed powder into particles, improve flowability, reduce dust, and enhance compression or filling performance.
Process: Pre compression: The mixed powder is compressed by a roller press to form flakes or strips.
Crushing whole granules: Use a crusher or granulator to crush compressed material into granules.
Screening: Classify particles through screening equipment and separate particles that meet the requirements.
Recycling powder: The screened fine powder and large particles are returned for re granulation.

4. Auxiliary steps
Dust treatment: Install dust collectors and air filtration devices to reduce dust pollution.
Process monitoring: Key process parameters such as particle size distribution and moisture content are monitored through online detection equipment.
Packaging and Storage: Granular finished products are packaged according to specifications and stored in a dry and clean environment.

Process characteristics and advantages
Crushing: Increasing the surface area of raw materials, facilitating mixing and subsequent processing.
Mixing: Ensure uniform distribution of components and avoid fluctuations in product performance.
Dry granulation: solvent-free addition, suitable for heat sensitive materials, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
The entire production process must strictly follow the quality management system (such as GMP standards) to ensure product quality and safety.
