The GFSJ series high-efficiency pulverizer is versatile grinding equipment based on high-speed shearing technology. It is designed for coarse and medium grinding processes, and can also serve as pre-processing equipment for ultra-fine grinding, with wide applications in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.

Working Principle

This high-speed machine pulverizes materials through the combined shearing and impact force of rotating blades. Materials fed into the grinding chamber are crushed by the high-speed cutter head, and particles meeting the size requirement pass through the bottom screen for discharge.

Blades of various shapes and sizes can be selected for different materials. The finished particle size (typically 12–120 mesh) is adjustable by replacing the screen mesh or modifying the spindle speed.
